REFUND POLICY
Any request for a refund will be considered carefully depending on the circumstances. If a PartyZams performer is unable to arrive and perform due to an emergency of theirs, typically a full refund will apply. If a customer cancels the agreement after payment has been made, PartyZams reserves the right to refund an amount that is appropriate depending on the circumstances. This is due to the amount of preperation that is typically required prior to the performance. PartyZams seeks to be fair in all situations and requests the same from customers.  *Video of event is a bonus. No refund if video is not successful.
